A prelude
The earth is hot - it sends hot vapours between sunrays. No, I don't need to touch the earth to know unbearably hot it really is. But I sit and enjoy a book, lazing around and intermittenntly answer calls to be fed. The days, though enjoyable, and undeniably being the best part of the year (on account of it being the summer vacation) are very, very long...And suddenly, without warning, the sky it greys and the clouds they break, bringing everything to life. Metamorphosing everything with this elixir of life... The whole world seems fresh and new, washed of all that every happned and rejuvenated enough to start afresh. Leaves sprout, bugs wriggle out, frogs burst into a melodic choir, the earth sends out the sweetest just-wetted-earth perfume that stupefies me... And so (please note the justification) it behooves me to get completely bedraggled at least once. Regardless of where I am, or the circumstances. Given the situation, everything else becomes inconsequential. It's an out-of-the-body experience...
